Fernando Fernandez is the Senior Director of Codes and Standards at TOTO USA, with 29 years of experience in plumbing product design, testing, and compliance. He oversees TOTO’s regulatory affairs and conformity compliance programs across the Americas while driving water efficiency initiatives and standards development. A former President of the Plumbing Manufacturers Institute, Fernando played a key role in reshaping California’s Appliance Efficiency Regulations during a historic drought. He remains a dedicated advocate for water efficiency, sustainability, and advancing standards in North America and Mexico.
